Repentance – “Forgive us our debts AS we forgive our debtors.” In this part of the Lord’s Prayer, we are asking God to treat us the way we treat other people. We repent when we pray, asking for the same grace from God that we must be willing to grant. Part of being forgiven is being forgiving.
